Can recommend for a mini-vacation

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a generous breakfast offering various local dishes, making our stay highly enjoyable, and it was only a 15-minute drive from the airport.

The rooms with large bed, a bathtub, the ac, excellant and amicable stuff especially one pretty receptionist with unique name.

It became my favourite place to stay in Miri. The breakfast had a GOOD choice of good food and drinks. The airport was 15 km away.

The bathroom I had was old.

The check-in experience was shockingly underwhelming, almost as if i was invisible, with unfriendly staff at the reception. The toilet in my room was akin to a stubborn mule, barely flushing. Honestly, a complimentary snack or courtesy upgrade would have almost made this calamity worth it, but alas, just couldn't give a good review, what a pity.

Great place to stay for a trip to Miri. Magnificent hotel in a very central location with excellent and amiable staff with the service of a bellman. Pretty close to the airport, 0.5 miles. Nice food for particularly good and free breakfast.

Great choice for trip. High quality hotel with good service in amazing location really close to shops, and transport such as taxi and Grab. Delicious food in the cafe for breakfast. Fast check-in, fast check-out.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Location is convenient with 24-hour convenience stores nearby.

The spacious beautiful family room had everything, including a prayer mat and effective air conditioning. The proximity to various food stalls and a 24-hour minimart added to the convenience.

wi-fi connection was unreliable.

Stayed here for a wedding, the location was perfect and the room was spacious with a big king size bed and a comfy single bed. Staff were super nice and always ready to help. We had an amazin time. Really enjoyed the food they served, lots of options. Everything went smoothly, great service overall!

but the cleanliness could use some work, and the bathroom had a few stains that were kinda off-putting.

the check-in was a bit slow (would've liked it to be faster) but the family room was spacious with a huge king bed. the location was super convenient too (lots of shopping nearby). breakfast choices were good and well-prepared.

Had a decent-sized room with good amenities like a hair dryer and ironing board. Found the breakfast selection pretty worthwhile, with local dishes that hit the spot despite a few basic options.

The bathroom was out of whack, almost too small compared to the large bedroom and with a flush system that could use a serious overhaul. Noise from the nearby clubs blasted through until the wee hours. On top of that, the parking area in the basement was a maze-some sections sealed off and confusing, which didn't make for a smooth arrival or departure. Just a heads up, the walls could use a touch of soundproofing, as the rowdy guests next door were not exactly being quiet, especially at night. A bit of freshness wouldn't hurt either, as the carpet had some funky odours lingering around.

Really good Stay with Amazing Hospitality

Our weekend escape was good, with the room being spacious and equipped with all essentials. The provision of a prayer mat was a thoughtful touch for my needs. Breakfast was a highlight, with a plethora of choices including local dishes that satisfied our appetites. I did find that the cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved.

It was just a fine choice for a couple of nights in Miri with good value for price. The rooms were big enough and clean, and the personnel were kind. Consider requesting a room away from the noise for a better sleep.

We greatly enjoyed spending 2 nights at this lovely hotel in a very central location. It was close to a variety of restaurants, including seafood and Chinese food eateries, as well as a shopping mall.

Enjoyed staying here in a clean, recently renovated room with a comfortable bed, the peaceful location was convenient with shopping areas and convenience stores close by.
